The distinctive characteristics of the solid ceramic brick UZSM production are the following:

Lightness

The weight of one solid ceramic brick does not exceed 2.9 – 3.1 kg
(to compare with the similar brick weight of other manufactures which is generally more than 3.5 kg). Lightness of our production allows to save on transportation, as well as hastens and simplifies the construction process.

Strength

The solid ceramic brick UZSM is manufactured to comply with all the requirements of the State Standard Specification (GOST) 530-2007
Despite being relatively lightweight, the quality of the solid ceramic brick and its main parameter- strength correspond to the latest requirements of GOST 530-2007, often even exceeding it.

Frost resistance

High index F-50
Our solid ceramic brick was checked to good advantage in severe climatic conditions of Yamalo-Nenets and Hanty-Mansi autonomous areas, the PermTerritory, Yakutia and Kola Peninsula.

The solid ceramic brick production UZSM is available in four brands:

Ì-125 solid unary brick
bending strength 25-35 kg/cm2, compressive strength - 125-150 kg/cm2

Ì-100 solid unary brick
bending strength 22-25 kg/cm2, compressive strength - 100-125 kg/cm2

M-125 solid sesquialteral brick
bending strength 16-18 kg/cm2, compressive strength – 83-125 kg/cm2

M-150 solid sesquialteral brick
bending strength 18-21 kg/cm2, compressive strength – 104-150 kg/cm2

- density 1400 kg/m3
- heat conduction 0,8 W/mC
- water absorption not less than 16%
- specific efficient activity of natural radio nuclides 120 Bk/kg.

Where buildings are to be constructed in the conditions of damp climate or dampness, it is the great advantage of using the UZSM solid ceramic bricks due to soft-mud process of brick moulding over those, which are produced by dry-press process.

To provide high index of heat shield, during the manufacturing process special organic and mineral components are added into the clay. Burning out at the point of roasting, they form the smallest closed pores. As a result the final product has a wholly porous structure and combines all virtues of the ceramics with the cellular clay unit.

In addition the brick sides have special knurling which is vital to produce good and easier plastering.

The solid ceramic brick UZSM production is reliable, ecologically clean and economically effective building material.

Its quality has withstood the test of time - since 1937 the plant has supplied Russian building complex with its production.

For this period of time we have developed strong traditions of quality, reliable performance and quick deliveries. Today, UZSM production is used in building of the industrial constructions of Gazprom LTD, Lukoyl JSC, Surgutneftegaz JSC, Evrocement group JSC and Rosenergomash JSC.
